Warm white roofline outlines on all four buildings, custom entrance arch at the main drive, and coordinated landscape lighting at the central fountain. Installed in three days with zero tenant disruption, in season service for a December ice event, and takedown completed before the property leasing season.

Full roofline outline on a 1920s Tudor with original slate, copper valleys, and multiple dormers. Used custom slate clips designed for historic homes with no nails, no staples, no damage. Wrapped two mature evergreens flanking the entry and ran a warm white outline across the porte-cochere. Reinstalled annually for the same family since the first season.

Holiday lighting on a Greek Revival home dating to the mid 1800s on Hudson Green. Worked with the homeowner and historical commission to confirm a non invasive install. Lit the porte-cochere, the front gable, and a row of mature maples lining the front walk. The result drew enough attention that two neighboring properties signed up for the following year.
