August or September. Commercial jobs need a site walk, a design, sometimes a bid or purchase-order cycle, and an install window scheduled around business hours. Retail properties also all want to look excellent at the same time, so the calendar concentrates. Our install season is October through early December, and commercial slots get assigned before residential because they take the most coordination.

Can you install without a lift in front of my store during business hours?

Yes. Commercial installs are scheduled early mornings, evenings, or off-days, with crews and equipment kept clear of entrances during shopping hours. Nobody's December Saturday gets a lift parked in front of it - that would defeat the point of the lighting.

Can multiple tenants in a center coordinate one look?

Yes, and on a retail center it is worth doing. One design across the property - consistent color temperature, consistent run heights, consistent treatment on entries and awnings - makes the whole center read as intentional instead of as a dozen separate decisions. We can coordinate the design and phase installs across tenants with property management.

When should a Beachwood homeowner book?

September or early October. The east side takes more lake-effect snow off Lake Erie than the west side, so our east-side install calendar closes earlier. Larger Beachwood elevations also take longer per house, which pushes them earlier in the schedule.

Will you attach anything to my stone, brick, or trim?

No. All-clip attachment to shingle, gutter, and fascia only. Nothing stapled, nailed, or glued to stone, brick, cast stone, or finished woodwork. We show you every attachment point on the walkthrough, and where a run would require touching a surface it shouldn't, we route around it and explain why.

How does commercial pricing work?

Based on facade linear footage, height and access requirements (whether lifts are needed), the number of separate structures or tenant spaces, and scope - roofline only versus a full treatment with entries, awnings, columns, and landscape. We quote after a site walk. Most commercial clients move to an annual agreement after year one, which locks design, schedule, and pricing so October is not a renegotiation.

What happens if a section goes dark in mid-December?

You call and we come out. In-season service is part of every install, and for commercial agreements the expected response window is written in so your property manager knows exactly what they are getting. A dark storefront in the second week of December is a real revenue problem and we treat it as one.

Do you take down and store commercial installs?

Yes, scheduled around business hours the same way the install is. Takedown runs January into February and materials come back to our facility labeled by property and tenant, so year two is a re-hang against a known design - which is why the second season is faster and less disruptive.
